Itinerary:
The largest mass murder in Canada's history--and how the Canadian court system let a killer go free.

On the night of April 7, 2006, eight members of the motorcycle gang, the Bandidos, were killed execution style and left in a farmer's field near London, Ontario. The brutal slaying, the largest mass killing in Canada's history, was reported as the work of a rival motorcycle gang. The Shedden Massacre instantly made international headlines, as did the sensational murder trial that followed.

Author Anita Arvast will be doing a reading from her book "Bloody Justice" and discussing the very night of the crime itself, the key players and perpetrators, the events leading to the slayings--and a trial that let a killer go free. This is a small venue, so we will be able to have good interaction with the author.

This event will end at about 8:30 pm, and those interested are encouraged to move to Bally's Pub & Grill (2905 14 St SW) to continue the discussion over a drink. The author may be joining us.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Copy of the book (if you want it signed), $ if you want to buy a copy of the book (there will be copies available from Shelf Life Books available for purchase)
